I received my box and it was missing the deep sleep pillow spray and healing hair mask. can you let me know why these might be missing?

How often does the shipment to a select member go,past the 10th buisness day of the billing date?

If, for whatever reason, a box is not going to be shipped by this deadline, we will reach out to the member and let them know! A very small percentage of members experience a delay and we work with each one to ensure they've been fully assisted! I have a subscription that is $40 quarterly, i would be happy to pay for a year up front to be select, but obviously it would cost more. how can i?
