In the PD section there is a box to check if there are two numbers. When you check that the two-PD option comes up and you can enter for both the right and left eyes.

No problem on the return. They returned mine with no problem. This time i'm not measuring my own eyes. Be sure to have the Dr. measure between your eyes, and let them know you are ordering on-line and progressive lenses, so to have all your information.
