With our 14-Day Fit & Style Guarantee, you can make a return for a one-time replacement or refund within two weeks of receiving your order, no questions asked. Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship. Note: Both warranties do not cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. A shipping fee may apply for a one-time replacement.

Has anyone had trouble making a return and receiving their refund?

Answer:

I've exchanged a pair that did not look good on me. I did have to get on the phone with somebody at EyeBuyDirect and you do have to pay a $6.95 fee for the exchange. But otherwise, it was smooth.

Do you do replacement prescription lens for my frames ?? i have 6 pair to replace

I would like to know because I do have old frames that are still in good condition is that I would like to lances replace if this can be done please let me know

If i order and the frames need adjusting how would that work?

Answer:

Any place that repairs glasses should be able to adjust them for you. Or you could call a store like frame&Lens or Costco or... to see if they do frame adjustments.

I dont know what size i wear

Answer:

You'll need you "PD" info which is the distance between your pupils. Once you "try on" the glasses virtually you enter that value and it'll show you how it'll look on your face. It's actually quite accurate from my experience.
