The ExploreTrip website if a scam. You really don't want to book with them. They've used bots to write hundreds of fake reviews on Sitejabber alone...

If it's anything like my experience and others, you won't. This company is The shadiest I've ever seen. Expect many wasted hours dealing with customer service and getting no where.
