Dear customer service I'm really interest to book through your website but I afraid regarding the guarantee for my booking because I'm not US resident I would like to book round trip flight Amman to IAD on 10th July and return on 9th August 2016 so what is the guarantee for my booking status without any changes or surprises

The ExploreTrip website if a scam. You really don't want to book with them. They've used bots to write hundreds of fake reviews on Sitejabber alone...
