Question:

I have tried calling customer service for everydayhappy many times and get a fast busy signal. i have sent an email which tells me to calm same number. 8448050626. i want to cancel. i just ordered free trial last night and didn't read everything clearly... read again this morning... i cannot afford a membership, so wanted to end now. what can i do?

If i try the free trial and recieve the product and not happy about it if i cancel my membership before 7 days of the trial kit arrives should i send ya'll back the trial kit or i can keep it even i cancel my membership?

Hi Jelinna, Thanks for the question! No matter if you cancel the membership or not, you can keep the trial kit. We'll never ask you to return it. Because we don't have brick + mortar stores for our customers to visit, we've designed our trials to give them a chance to try our products out before getting the monthly membership. We understand that not every last product is going to work for every last family, so that's why we are more than happy to send out our trial kits without expecting them to be sent back. Hello, i would like to know how to cancel my account - i called and cancel shipment of products but i still received a message saying that my bundle is on the way.

Hi Ivona. I'd recommend contacting customer service again to make sure they cancelled you. The phone number from their website is 1-844-805-0626. Good luck. I've had quite a disappointing experience with getting mine cancelled. I hope it's a better experience for you.
