If you ordered through PayPal, they will only handle disputes for you within 45 days of the order. Go to PayPal and take care of your dispute now, because Everbuying will try to string you along for over 45 days, after which time you can only deal with Everbuying, and they will not give you any money back.
It is because, in all likelihood, they have not actually sent it to you yet. If you read the negative reviews for Everbuying, you will find that they often lie about sending a package so that you will wait until PayPal will no longer refund your money. This takes about 45 days, I think, but they will draw out the process by making false promises so that you wait. After the 45 days go by, you cannot get your money back through PayPal and can only deal with Everbuying. Then you will never get your money back, even if the product never arrives or is broken. My advice: assuming you paid with PayPal, contact PayPal to get your money back before the 45 days are up.
