Your Terms clearly state that duplicate profiles aren’t allowed. Yet I personally reported an agency running over 30 nearly identical profiles - same photos, same videos, same numbers.
After submitting clear evidence (screenshots, WhatsApp messages, phone numbers, profile links), your support agent Theresa removed them.
But a week later, the same advertiser returned with the same content under new names. I reported them again. This time I was told my evidence wasn’t strong enough.
So what’s the actual policy? And why it isn't enforced consistently?
