Etsy is a Marketplace like Ebay or Amazon made up of different sellers. Each seller runs his own business. Etsy simply offers a Marketplace for the seller to open a shop.

Hi Maureen
I tried to return a bogus item that Etsy sent me and they never responded. I ended up contacting my credit card company. They tried to contact Etsy. I am guessing that they were unsuccessful because the credit card company issued me a credit. I will never deal with Etsy again.
Good luck!

Each seller has their own return policies, Ask the seller what they do in case of returns. Good luck.

All depends on the seller, each seller usally lists their return policy on their store main page. You can also private message the seller to see what your options are.

I'm sorry Maureen, I'm not a " seller "... I am a purchaser of some extraordinary linen dresses. My experience with both those sellers ( from China) has been fantastic. They have made themselves available through emailing, very promptly I might add on any asked question. I have never returned anything. I might suggest you look up ETSY's return policy. Or recontact the original seller. Hope this helped.
