Not good for buyers who do not receive purchases & request refunds.

I would not buy a thing there. If something goes wrong you will have nothing to fall back on. Etsy customer service is about the worst in the industy. Your lucky if they read your email!

Its suppose to be a Handmade and vintage site... assuming your not buying 30 year old name brand shoes... what do you think?

I have only purchased dresses ( from China) thus far. And each purchase was great, the sellers all kept in contact & answered every question I asked... I don't know what kind of shoes you're interested in, but suggest you contact the specific seller & ask any question ( before purchasing) you want... perhaps that will give you an indication to proceed... again, to date, I've been very happy with my Etsy buying experiences & will purchase ( more dresses) again.
