I had this problem with a shop in China. Etsy, and China, did not respond. I went to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and filed a complaint against Etsy and China store... within 3 days I had a refund. Never deal with China. I buy and sell on Etsy. Other than this problem, all has been good.
