I have a lady that messaged me on etsy wanting me to make something before she purchased the item. She wanted a picture of it and then she would buy it. I explained to here that the item was shown and the only difference would be her child's name. I told her I do not make the items before payment is received. She is now stating she's going to report me to etsy without ever purchasing anything from me. I don't care to do business with her and she keeps bothering me after I have asked her to stop. Can she report me concerning this matter? Thank you

I say ignore her and she should stop. If you keep responding, she will keep being a jerk. Contact Etsy about the harassment. Good luck. We've all had our own crazies from time to time. It comes with the territory.
