Hi i purchased an item from Easy seller that was delivered broken. What is the buyers protection on ETSY?
I already payed shipping insurance but the process will take as I understand more then 2 months.

Sellers aren't responsible nor are they held accountable for sending purchases items. There's no way to reach Etsy of all goes south! Can I trust u?
