Unfortunately, SiteJabber's service is not linked in any way with ours, meaning that anyone can submit a review, even if they have never been a customer of Escrow.com. Endorsements from key industry participants and marketplaces are a much stronger source of evidence of a quality, licensed escrow service.

Why are your reviews so bad and why dont you guys request loaded and unloaded pictures from both parties ? seems it would help ? shaking in my boots .please read your reviews

Unfortunately, SiteJabber's service is not linked in any way with ours, meaning that anyone can submit a review, even if they have never been a real customer of Escrow.com. This makes responding to reviews that do not have a corresponding transaction extremely difficult.

Escrow.com, why does it take days after a buyer has received and approved a vehicle for you to process the disbursement to seller and lien holder?

Answer:

Dealing with a seller's lien holder can take a couple of extra days of processing, because we wait for the lien holder to confirm that they have cleared the title before releasing the Buyer's funds to the Seller. We always advise Sellers where we expect a delay, but thankfully with most lien holders processing of payment and clearing of title is same day.

How safe is the process of payment, i am a buyer and i want surety that once i make the payments i will receive the product that am buying

Hello, Once we secure your funds, we can guarantee that they will be held and protected until you have confirmed receipt and acceptance of the merchandise. We cannot guarantee that the merchandise will be shipped or will be as advertised by the Seller, but this is why we hold the funds until you have received the merchandise and have used your inspection period to complete due diligence on the Merchandise itself. If the merchandise that arrives is not what you wanted, you may reject and return the merchandise. Once the merchandise is returned, we can refund you less the Escrow Fee. Thank you,

Hello, A Buyer can not reject merchandise after the inspection period has ended. Funds are disbursed within 48 hours of the inspection period ending. Thank you,

How long does it usually take to finalise a transaction. i paid on an international credit card almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing. it is a terrible experience and will never use again. cant even get customer service to respond to my many emails! an absolute disgrace!
