Epoch issues a credit immediately, however, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Yesterday I got charged unfairly as I had cancelled my good. How can I get refunded? I charged only 2$ but you Epoch says they kept me a temporary hold of 55$.
