His is this company still in business? Their customer service is a laughing stock, There isn't any. Texting a "chat bot" is just plain laziness!*#^!
There is No live customer service person to talk to, you have to text a "chat bot" because they could care less to have an actual person to talk to!
Why is this company so bad! No customer service at all! I just want my money back and their is no live person to talk with! Horrible!
