Question:

I'm uncomfortable giving out my credit card as i've had problems with that in the past. can i pay directly?

Answer:

Hi, At the moment it's our only payment method, we're working on better ways to improve this. You can try contacting 211 United Way for a referral to a local program in case ours doesn't work for you.

Question:

I see a lot of negative review from people that did not get a return call from your volunteers and found a disconnected number when they tried to call

Answer:

Hi Mike, Our volunteers are reminded monthly to update their availability, unfortunately not all of the volunteers do it. We also make calls everyday to keep the data base updated and we're currently working on this issue. You can contact us at help@elderhelpers.org for further information.
