hi There are a lot unhappy reviews saying to stay away from using you as their webhosts. Are they right, or are they making things up?

Dear sir: I paid recently for a hosting service at e-host, that I saw from your site... The payment for the services went though since three weeks and up to now I have not received my domain number DNS to link to my domain name When I go into my ehost account for centrodeconocimiento.com its disabled and has been for two weeks to three weeks I have been trying to contact the people at e-host through their chat at no avail... Can you help me.... I was charged extra for a service that I did not ask and also I was charged twice for the same service. This is not the first time this has happened to me, and they have been absent to give any response to my claims that I have sent and that they return the money I have been charged... CAN YOU HELP ME IN ORDER THAT THEY CONTACT ME SO I CAN HAVE MY INFO THAT I NEED AND THAT THEY RETURN THE EXTRA MONEY THAT THEY CHARGED.... Thank you... Guillermo Perez
