Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
We ordered flowers day before the delivery. It was our daughter birthday. Nothing arrived. No contact number to call. Robot responded that order was picked up by a local florist, whatever this means, and they can not provide contact details of the florist and that order shall be delivered by 6 pm. Same response we got from email. Appalling. Nothing arrived by 6:45 pm and still no responce to our emails or any apologies nor clarification. What shall we do?

K. and I ordered the flowers the day before I wanted them for an anniversary, they arrived on time in perfect condition as usual, I have ordered flowers from "eFlowers" for my Wife and friends and have never been disappointed and friends have always thanked me and said how beautiful the flowers were.
