Good luck! Airline cancelled my flight and eDreams kept part of my money for "mediation fee"! They're a ripoff.

Why are customers travelling to the usa not told they need esta authorisation?

Answer:

The answer is simple. E dreams don`t care. The important thing for them is profit and nothing else. To get money and concentrate on the next passenger. They will wake up only if there read the feedbacks. Unfortunately, the people don`t read the feedback before making business with a company for that reason this kind of low-quality company can survive. It`s a shame
