In a lawsuit you normally do not contact the "top person". If you try to file one using a lawyer (what I advise you to do) it has to be filed against the company. Unless any action by the "top person" were done to you personally you have to find out, if so try the phone. Still you have to file against the company he works for. Remember the company may want to settle as happened to me when I filed against the National Bank and won $6000. 00 commission back from a crooked "financial advisor".
