You need to pay insurance separately at times.
Some rental companies make it mandatory to buy some insurance from them

You will most likely be surprised when they don't honor your voucher. Read the reviews. The rental company didn't honor my EconomyBookings voucher. I had to rent a car for a much higher price after a two hour wait. I not only paid EconomyBookings for a rental, I also had to pay the rental company even more. EconomyBookings only gave me a partial reimbursement of their fees after several months.
