Valerie F. YES you are right

Hi. So far, I've always read if it was new or used on the description section. I also always write if it's new or used, when I sold anything. I rely on PayPal for guarantee on accuracy of description or money back. Although it's getting harder to find great buys, Ebay and PayPal services are exceptional. Believe it or not, I've met guys that's gone to jail for ripping people off on Ebay. I can trust Ebay and PayPal to cover me from being ripped off. But read everything about the item and ask questions. There's a section for that. I hope that helped. Good luck and maybe you'll find my items worth buying in the future.

You can't rely on the feedback 100%. I just had a buyer wanting to return an item even though I do not offer returns, and her feedback is 100% positive - go figure
