i purchased Redmi 3 s prime and received on18th and phone is not working at all , getting switched off in every minute, after that i filed a complaint and then they told me to get back to me with in 5 days but after 5 days i received a call that i need to go to redmi store then i visited redmi store then they told us not to return that they dont accept the product of Ebay after this also i again contacted custumer care of Ebay but did,nt get my refund till now, getting frustated, i want my money back any how Please its a request from my side
