Do not order anything from this website. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. It was defective in that there was something wrong with the zipper. I had to find another dress at the very last minute (as in 30 minutes before the wedding because the zipper was broken). When I contacted the company to ask about a refund, they refused to honor their 100% guarantee. The dress was $150 and all they offered to do was refund me $10. "Shine" is very evasive and will simply not honor the 100% guarantee. I loved my dress, but the zipper was defective. I was left scrambling for a replacement dress 30 minutes before my daughter's wedding. "Shine" even went so far as to say I ordered the wrong size and wasn't it good that I was able to find a replacement dress on such short notice. HA! She then suggested I take it to a tailor and have the zipper replaced... at MY expense, of course. For anyone that reads these, RUN, RUN, RUN from Dresstimes. I wish I knew who to report this to in the US to shut them down. They sell cheap knock-offs, poorly made, and then falsely advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. To me, it's consumer fraud, plain and simple.

RUN, RUN, RUN!

Yeah, well, six months later, I still have not gotten a refund for my "100% guaranteed" purchase. Like other posters here, all they wanted to offer me was $10-$20, they REFUSED to give me a return shipping address, and the telephone number listed on their website is voice mail only and no one ever calls back.

Six months later, I am still trying to get my money back but "Shine" is now non-responsive to my inquiries.

I wish I knew who here in the US to report this company to in order to get them shut down. They sell cheap knock-offs that are poorly made and then refuse to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's consumer fraud, plain and simple.

I know I am very scared because I already ordered a dress from www.queenisagirl.com in december and I should be getting it soon. I didnt see this post uniti I recently. I will keep you posted on how it comes out. Does anyone know where I can get Amalia Carrara 280 for a cheaper price.

After a couple of days and a few emails from some generous ladies who sent me their pictures of their dresses... and agreeing with:
" Dayna v. says: 3 months ago
ALL OF YOU PEOPLE ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM RATHER THAN THE SOLUTION.
NO WONDER WE HAVE A SHIT ECONOMY."

I will not be doing business with dresstimes.com. Good Luck to all you ladies.

I ordered from them. My dress is AWESOME. I was nervous after reading some reviews but we did it anyway. You can find me at facebook.com/misplaceddreamer - with REAL pics of my dress. Mostly tagged ones for now. Wedding was just recently and we have yet to put up the photographers pix. They were wonderful to work with,
I even left a review under the Alfred Angelo 1516 style gown on their website that i had purchased.
Check it out. And I'll gladly answer questions.^_^ they were awesome to work with.

Well thanks for the reviews. I really wanted this maggie sottero dress but I went ahead and found a dress I loved at Davids bridal then went home and found it for $200 online from someone selling theirs.
