Do not order anything from this website. i ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. it was defective in that there was something wrong with the zipper. i had to find another dress at the very last minute (as in 30 minutes before the wedding because the zipper was broken). when i contacted the company to ask about a refund, they refused to honor their 100% guarantee. the dress was $150 and all they offered to do was refund me $10. "shine" is very evasive and will simply not honor the 100% guarantee. i loved my dress, but the zipper was defective. i was left scrambling for a replacement dress 30 minutes before my daughter's wedding. "shine" even went so far as to say i ordered the wrong size and wasn't it good that i was able to find a replacement dress on such short notice. ha! she then suggested i take it to a tailor and have the zipper replaced... at my expense, of course. for anyone that reads these, run, run, run from dresstimes. i wish i knew who to report this to in the us to shut them down. they sell cheap knock-offs, poorly made, and then falsely advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. to me, it's consumer fraud, plain and simple.
