The one time (and the last time) I ordered, it took a few months for the first part of the order to arrive, and it took them also a few months to even ship the second part, which then arrived a month after that. No tracking number for the second part of the order. I even had paid for the shipping tracking and "insurance." JUST DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY. My one and only experience with ordering from Dresslily is what taught me to strictly only buy online from reputable companies. TRUST ME. It's not worth the massive headache. This company should be shut down.
I AGREE! They are AWFUL! Save your money and go to your local mall. This is oversease (China) and you will never get it!
Gina, I can be frustrating. It really depends on the shipping company that gets used. Sometimes my order was here with in two weeks, and I have had an order take up to 2 months which totally sucks. All I can say is just try to be patient and make SURE you use the shipping insurance every time since it is an oversees shipment. I would send them an email to double check your shipment. I have done it just for reassurances.
DON'T be a fool and be sucked in like the rest of us who is still waiting months to get out items.
If you didn't pay the extra for tracking you can't. I didn't pay so I couldn't track it. It's been 45 days since I made an order and have cancelled it today because I still have not gotten it. They are refunding my money to my dresslilly wallet. Wich is crazy because I do not want to order anything else from them.
Both from china... D clothes are of POOR quality dnt waste your time they are horrible
Trust ALL these bad reviews! This company is a SHAM! Their clothes look cute on line, but they'll take your money and NOT send the item!
