Rosanne is correct. By far the easiest way to communicate with customer service is via opening a ticket. They sometimes take up to a week to get back to you, but it worked for me! My shipment was never delivered to me because the post office lost it, and customer service gave me store credit for the missing items and let me repurchase them and ship them out expedited at no additional cost. It did take almost two months to get my new items because they needed proof from my local post office that it was not delivered but they took care of me and I continue to order from them with no problems!
Agree. Don't do it! I ordered a dress over a month ago and still have not received it. They then told me that it will take another 45 days to receive it, when on the website it states it only takes 7-14 days from the time your order it. Super unethical and unprofessional. Don't do it, you'll regret it! I do!
