I ordered some item's and my email said it was shipped on aug 18th. gave me a tracking number every time i go in and track my package it don't have any updates at all. i submitted a complaint twice, and they send me the same response every time.

Seriously? You submitted a complaint and thought that was going to get attention? Sorry but these are scam artists, contact your form of payment to get a refund.
