I ordered the wrong size sandal? can i stop the order or return them

Answer:

I stopped shopping with them over a year ago. I do not recommend them. I hope you can Send them back I doubt you will get a refund. Best of luck!

Question:

My dress has not arrived and tracking number doesn, t exist

Answer:

There should be a number after your order number, it will be your tracking number and shipped China Post Am. Try in a couple days and try tracking it thru the email. If you have email on your phone, just hold down the tracking number and hit copy, it should take you to the website and click on box and hold til you see paste and then hit track. If you have gotten a email that your order has shipped, give it about 3 days and try tracking it again. If nothing then notify your bank or credit card and ask them to refund your money. Good luck. I know the clothing probably won't fit, mine was for a small child when i ordered a xl

I would like to return something but the page for the support help will not submit my request and message. i'm extremely disappointed in the quality of these clothes, the time it took for them to ship, and the misleading advertising of their products on their websites.

As you can now tell from all the responses, the company is totally a SCAMMER, and you most likely won't receive anything. I finally got fed up and have filed a dispute with PAYPAL to get a refund. PROBLEM is: HOW CAN WE GET THESE COMPANIES OFF OF FACEBOOK? I've reported DRESSLILY and another sister company, but obviously, it doesn't take away from their ability to scam innocent people.

It took months for ours to arrive and then it was too big and they blew us off. Terrible customer service.
