I believe you can ship them back, second, when you order again, measure yourself and check the size chart of every single item, as they are all different. I've had amazing results.

I think competitors try to hack. I texted customer service with various questions and password resets and they responded VERY quickly and had GREAT SERVICE!

How long did you order? If they haven't provided a bogus tracking number than you should be able to contact PayPal to cancel.

I placed an order on april 28th i received an email saying thanks for being address head customer my package should arrive between 8 and 15 days still no confirmation number or any information even showing i place the order other than the withdrawal from my checking account what's going on dresshead

Answer:

They send that may to everybody and unfortunately it allows time for them to make sure they keep your money. Paypal can freeze their account for a dispute but it's tough to get your money back.
