So many negative emails about Donnaplay Are there any satisfied customers? And positive emails to verify ANY positive attributes to this company?

Dear Pablo N,
Thank you for contacting us. Yes we do have many satisfied customers. However when a member is pleased, they continue to use our service. When a member experiences issues, usually is the time they come to review our site to post negative reviews as they are upset. We have plenty positive remarks and thank yous, however those are in our inbox and as that is private you are not able to see publicly.
