Hi - it's been nearly a year since your company cashed the $1599 check from my high school film club for a Canon XA-25 and we've yet to see a camera or a refund. What I have received is bogus UPS tracking numbers, endless hold times, and a serious runaround from everyone I have spoken with. Could you please just contact me and process our refund so that we can get our fundraising dollars back?
