No, they screwed my school's film club out of $1599. Filed a BBB complaint, etc. and no response at all.
All I have to say is good luck. I'm going through this nightmare as well. My bank is taking my money back they gave me when I claimed fraud with digital outlets because he sent them a bogus tracking number saying I received my items... even tho I have an email saying he canceled it and was sending me a refund. When I looked up the tracking number he gave the bank it was sent to another city and was signed by someone who was not me and the package was 4 lbs less than what mine was supposed to be. Yet they fell for it and told me I have to deal with the merchant now to get my 3499. 00 back! Needless to say this "scott" has been rude. Won't email me back and won't refund my money. I'm sick to my stomach. That's a lot of money. I don't know what to do. Did the attorney general say they are going to do anything about it? That was my next step. Hope to hear from u
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE SOUNDS VERY GOOD BUT IT'S THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH ROUTINE. IF YOU DO GET A CAMERA FROM THEM IT WON'T BE THE CAMERA THAT YOU WANT. THEY STILL OWE ME OVER $2500. AND I CAN'T GET AN ANSWER OF ANY MONEY FROM THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET THE CAMERA FROM ANOTHER FIRM! GOOD LUCK AND REMEMBER THAT IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE?
