I recently have been scammed by this a home, I'm sure its just one person. I'm trying to send back his damn cheap Greg market lens, filed credit card fraud with my bank, but the address I sent it to in NY from the BBB website couldn't deliver it and its being sent back to me. I don't know where to ship it, I refuse to pay a restocking fee to this guy because of his bait and switch fraud, he overcharged me for a very market lens, that one manufactured in the us is market price 800, and I paid 1400 for a knock off. I'm pissed, I reported him the the BBB consumer affairs us postal investigative services, NY attorney general and today the ca attorney general too. But my problem is he has a NY address and a Cali number, but there's no info linked to the number. I want thus mess to be over, but also I need to get this dang lens back so the bank will let me keep my money for the fraud claim I filed with them. Someone have any advice or info? Please help.

All I have to say is good luck. I'm going through this nightmare as well. My bank is taking my money back they gave me when I claimed fraud with digital outlets because he sent them a bogus tracking number saying I received my items... even tho I have an email saying he canceled it and was sending me a refund. When I looked up the tracking number he gave the bank it was sent to another city and was signed by someone who was not me and the package was 4 lbs less than what mine was supposed to be. Yet they fell for it and told me I have to deal with the merchant now to get my 3499. 00 back! Needless to say this "scott" has been rude. Won't email me back and won't refund my money. I'm sick to my stomach. That's a lot of money. I don't know what to do. Did the attorney general say they are going to do anything about it? That was my next step. Hope to hear from u

They own me a lot of money too. I am from south America, I dont know how to proceed. If you get some helpful information to incriminate them please let me know.
