Hi Nicole! There are two key factors to consider in calculating the estimated delivery or receipt of your order. That would be the "Processing time" of the item and "Delivery time" which depends on the shipping carrier that you selected upon placing the order. Items have different processing times depending on what the seller have set for it. The "Processing time" is the time given to the seller to prepare or make the item before they can ship it out.
