Hi I bought the LV neverfull gm unfortunately didnt see how huge it was before i bought it, i checked their site for their return policy but it only discusses returns and refunds not exchanges. I want to exchange my LV neverfull gm for a LV neverfull mm does anyone if DD has been known to allow this?
