I ordered an item almost 2 weeks ago. I paid thru PayPal and the money was immediately taken the day I placed my order. I received an email from dear deal saying they received my order and that I will receive an email shortly with a tracking number. To date I have not received another email. I have reached out to an email address that PayPal has on file for the company multiple times with no response.. My question is to anyone that has ordered from this company have you run into this issue? Did you ever not receive your item? Was it shipped when promised? This item is my daughters Christmas gift and I am really nervous it will not come. Help!!!

Yes unfortunately I wish I read these few comments before I placed my order Dec 2 they have responded back with lie after lie giving me 3 diffrent tracking numbers and 2 diffrent order numbers I really wish there was a way to warn anybody tring to buy from this company they are liers n theives

I ordered a smartwatch April 22, 2016, now 10 days later it's status is still showing "Packing". If they need 10 days for "packing" I have doubts whether I will get anything at all ... Suppose I was just scammed. I have emailed them, but they never reply. Keep away from DearDeal

Did you ever recieve yours, because we also ordered, and we ordered ahoverboard which cost a pretty good bit, and STILL havent received it. We ordered almost 3 weeks ago.
