Question:

Extremely unsatisfied with products and services by dealmachine.com. firstly, i was over charged $2.56 for no reason. they should have charged me $41.44 but ended up charging $44.00. numbers are quite similar, so i guess lots of people wouldn't notice. seems very suspicious. to top it off, even though i submitted two separate tickets enquiring about that, they are both still "processing" since 16th june 2015. secondly, the tracking number provided never helped me track my item which was very inconvenient. in fact, on the email they sent me with the tracking code, they provided a link to track the item and link was called "australia post registered", so i naturally supposed it was to aust post website but in fact it was chinese website that my computer picked up straight away as containing malware and would not let me open. what is that about?! my item finally arrived after 10 business, even though i was promised 3-7 business days with expedited shipping. it was a macbook charger with 5 pins. on the first day 1 of the pins broke, even though i was using properly. on the second day the second pin broke and the the charger connector got really hot and it stopped working all togehter. it's dead, totally useless after 2 days. as a result i had to buy another charger, now an originial one of course. lesson learned the hard way. dealsmachine never ever again, it's just disgraceful to say the least. not to mention your non-exisiting customer service! what a joke! i want my money back right now.

I ordered on saturday i used my dm points and half my order was free shipping. i should have had a discount my order should have been at 298 you charged me 319. i asked you to fix this with no reply back. i noticed you also put this on my husbands account and took my dm points but never took the 7 dollars off. my shipping i put as expedited you charged me 29.95 for the shipping plus 4.95 for a signature. you also charged me for two 3d glasses in which i ordered one! i bought 2 phones from you last year that took 3 months to send and they both need repair i contacted you about this as well and still no reply you can take my money as soon as i press the button yet i still have not heard back from anyone. as i stated before i am now at a loss of over 500$ with nothing but 2 broken phones to show for this. it i cannot receive my order correctly and in expedited as i paid for then i would like my complete refund. please
