I got a new money card and bought 230 bids for $30.00 and bought 3 different things, since I got the new card I thought I had to start a different account, but deal dash wouldn't let me, it said to use my old account so when I tried to log in there It says I have no bids. I just lost 225 bids, how do I get them back?

Too many saying they have had issues resolved. Should not be that many issues.
