Can not get a user name that is acceptable

Hi Mary. Sorry to hear that. To avoid misunderstandings, two users cannot have the same user name. If you are not able to choose the user name you'd like, this means that it is already taken. I'd recommend trying some numbers that mean something to you and you can remember easily. I hope this helps. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
