At firsts i really liked the site and would bid on lower priced items. So after a few months i decided to bid on a Acer laptop. I won! Was so excited, then... oh yes and i won it for about $25! I waited and waited then contacted them because Fedex said they shipped it! The day it was suppose to have arrived at my house was a saturday, the time was 12 noon. My husband was about 3feet from the door watchin football, my teenage son and daughter were home also, not to mention 3 chihuahua's. My point is, the dogs bark like crazy, and 3ppl were home! I insisted it was never shipped to me! Ok. So we emailed back and forth, they did give me back my bids but thats not what i wanted! Fedex could try and refund me $100. My point is, on items like this one, registered shipping, insured shipping any type of mailing like this was not available! I can't believe that they would send it just normal mail! And as a consumer, i think we should be able to add some kind of insurance esp if the consumer is willing to pay! I am a city letter carrier with the USPS thus it really hit home! I still have the emails, from deal dash and fedex. This really made me upset and my son, the auction took 4hours and it was him! So my 14yr old was on it! I mean as in waiting for fedex etc. So i dont do any business with anyone who won't allow me to pay my own postage, pick my shipping company and add insurance. I learned the hard way!
