Truthfully... no!
It's a never ending nightmare.
On everyday use they mistake the condominium mail boxes.
On special registered mail they deliver it to the wrong people which is ILLEGAL in Portugal, but nevertheless they do it. You must show an ID document and sign it in front of the mail man, but they leave the registered mail at the concierge, which they are not authorized in any way to do.
