Truthfully... no! It's a never ending nightmare. On everyday use they mistake the condominium mail boxes. On special registered mail they deliver it to the wrong people which is ILLEGAL in Portugal, but nevertheless they do it. You must show an ID document and sign it in front of the mail man, but they leave the registered mail at the concierge, which they are not authorized in any way to do.
It's a miracle to have them answering phones. And 99% of the time its employers don't know anything about out of the ordinary situations, they look like robots repeating phrases that the company gives them. It's frustrating to make any kind of complaint because no one is interested in solving problems, they just pretend to follow up.
