I found out they a company named Adasa charged my card. Adasa is another online retailer that sell dresses. I have seen the same dress I bought from CC on Adasa before. So it appears they are a drop shipping company. Buy at your own risk. Very very nasty customer service with no refund guaranteed. They just want the money

Hello Trish, thanks for asking. If you decided to return the item, for the dresses, you have 5days to request for an RMA number and we will send it your email address. Once RMA number was provided, you have to ship the item asap so we can receive it within 5days from the time you receive the RMA number. Once item received and confirmed, your account will be forwarded to our Accounting department to process the refund, the refund will be in form of store credit, less freight cost, less handling fee and return label (if used).
