Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from CouponCabin staff and previous consumers.
Hi, Debra. No, cash back that you receive from your credit card company will not affect your cash back from CouponCabin.
Hello, Leucia. Can you please contact us at success@couponcabin.com so that we can look into the specifics of your account? Cash back payments are processed each business day for members who have a "payable" cash back balance of at least $7. Cash back for an order is generally considered to be "payable" once your purchase is no longer returnable. While for most stores this is between 45 and 60 days, this time frame does vary by store and can take up to 100 days. You can see your cash back payable date by visiting your cash back activity page and looking at the column marked "Payable" on the far right.
You can earn cash back simply by clicking on one of our cash back offers or Shop Now buttons before shopping online like you normally would. Just make sure that you are logged in to your CouponCabin account before you click, or we won't be able to track and credit your purchase. The amount of cash back that you can earn varies by store and, in some cases, by what you purchase at a store. The cash back rates for a store are shown under the store's logo on a given CouponCabin store page (or at the bottom of the page, if using a mobile device). Since not all stores participate in cash back, please look for the green section showing either the given cash back rate(s) or a message stating that the store does not offer cash back. Orders placed over the phone or in a store will not earn cash back. Additionally, orders that are picked up in-store are not eligible.
Hello, Tammy. Can you please contact us at success@couponcabin.com so that we can look into the specifics of your account? Generally, cash back is paid after your order is no longer returnable. This is typically 60 to 90 days after you complete your order but can be as long as 120 days in some, rare cases.
