A members offer is a "big" coupon. For example $100 off a $100 or more amazon purchase or a $50 off $50 at target. Some aren't as big as that and more modest like 25% off a purchase or something like that. This is limited to 1 a month. You can still use the normal % back for the stores on a daily basis. That part is not limited to 1 a month. The members only offers have to be claimed by you and they will go to your inbox once you have claimed it.
Because you must wait for the stores return period to expire. Otherwise, people could easily just return the product and keep the cash CC gave you.
