Yes, my grandson is attending connections academy, and will be moving with us this fall, I recently contacted the school to have his records transferred to the school close to where we live. I was told that he would have to formally withdraw before his record are released. The person on the telephone Mia Mitchell was very rude when I asked her that the school wanted then information presently to place him in the proper section.

Comply with their rules, it is usually a legal affair. I'm sorry you had a sour encounter with a customer support representative, but they are not affiliated with the teachers so I put them in a separate box when determining how friendly staff are.
