Who is in charge of reviewing all complaints before being posted? there are a number of complaints that are inappropriate and nasty to read. this needs to be addressed. this site should charge a fee to be able to post on it to minimize fraud.

Answer:

No one does, they say they do, but when anyone complains they direct you to a link that says the law (currently) holds them harmless / guiltless for anything thats posted... Criminals
