Is there a set time for delivery? It seems that there are very mixed reviews.

Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee.. plus.. a shipping fee.. it will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday.

They give you a set time, but don't hold your breath. Go to BBB.org and read reviews and complaints you will see a pattern of delivery cancellations. They will charge you if you cancel the order restocking fees and shipping. They say 2-4 weeks delivery, but can be many months and they will not give you a credit.

Thank you for confirming. Your order has been placed with the manufacturer and a part is scheduled to ship out 2nd week of September, while the other part is scheduled end of October. These will be shipped to the delivery company that will inspect and deliver them and set them up in your home. You will receive a notification once your order leaves the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, the ETA for your order is over 10 weeks. The ETA is provided by the manufacturer. It's possible that the ETA could be longer, however, it's also possible that it will be delivered sooner than scheduled. Time-frames may change accordingly but you will receive an email notification whenever it gets changed.

Now my client has to wait close to 4 months for her bed. Please add a note on your site about your delivery practice that way customer has a choice if they want to wait a quarter for their items. Thank you much for your help

As for the order 545673, the Marille Black Double Glider Reclining Loveseat with Center Console is currently in transit to your local delivery team. The North Shore Rectangular Extendable Dining Table already arrived and once the loveseat has been inspected, you will be contacted by the delivery team to schedule the delivery for both items.
